Guarantee and Returns/Exchanges/Cancelling Orders

What’s your guarantee, return and exchange policy?

If you’re unhappy with your eyewear for any reason, we’ll accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. We want you to be 100% satisfied. For returns, please email us at . $15.00 - Return/Exchange fee per frame. $12.00 additional fee - Return/Exchange per frame with high index lenses. There will be a $35.00 fee for returns/exchanges of prescription sunwear. Returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receipt.  

Can I cancel or change my order?

Most orders are processed the day they are received. If you decide to change or cancel your order, please call us at 888-725-9012 and we’ll do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Questions about Prescriptions

Do you sell bifocals or progressive lenses?

We don’t offer bifocals or progressive lenses. If you find a pair of Mezzmer frames to love, you can purchase them for a 10% discount and have your local optician fill them with the multifocal lenses of your choice.

Can I order frames without prescription lenses?

Since we consider frames to be a fashion accessory, you can order the frames with polycarbonate plano(non-prescription) lenses which will include anti-scratch, anti-reflective and UV protection coatings. If you choose to order the frames without any lenses, we will apply a 10% discount.

How do I get a prescription for glasses? And what is my pupillary distance (PD)?

Please visit your optometrist or ophthalmologist who will administer an eye exam and provide you with a prescription. Remember to ask your eye care professional for a pupillary distance(PD) measurement. The PD is the distance in millimeters between your two pupils. It is a very helpful measurement to ensure proper fitting of your eyewear. Since PD is not a required measurement, please remember to ask for it.

Can I use my contact lens prescription to order glasses?

No, the prescriptions for contact lenses are different than those for glasses.

How do I fax or email my prescription to you?

Please email your prescription to or our fax number is 855-753-3303. Remember to include your name and order number. You can find your order number within your purchase confirmation email.

What kind of lenses do you provide with the frames? Do you offer lens coatings?

Our lenses are made from shatter resistant polycarbonate which is one of thinnest and lightest materials used for lens production. All our lenses also have anti-scratch, anti-reflective and UV coatings. For prescriptions with a sphere that is greater than +4.00 or less than -4.00, we offer high index 1.67 lens. These lenses are thinner and lighter than our standard lenses.

What is the maximum strength of prescription you can fill?

The sphere limits are -10.00 to +4.00. Our cylinder limits are up to -2.00. We can accommodate some special orders and lens requests. Please inquire at [email protected] or call us at (888)725-9012.

Do you have a store that I can visit?

At this time, we don’t have a traditional brick and mortar storefront.

What if my Mezzmer frames need to be adjusted?

We ask you to bring your frames to a local optical store for minor adjustments. If the store charges an adjustment fee, let us know and we’ll issue a credit to your credit card.

Do you sell sunglasses?

Mezzmer offers a collection of exclusive polarized sunwear available to men and women.  Prescription sunwear is available for select styles.

Payment and Shipment

Can I check on the progress of my order?

We’ll send you a confirmation email after you place your order and another email when your order has shipped. If you have any questions please contact us at or 888-725-9012.

How much will shipping cost and how will my order be delivered?

Your shipment will be delivered by either UPS or Fedex and it will always be FREE to any of the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a $15 additional charge. Mezzmer also ships finished frames and lenses to Canada for an additional $25 fee.  

How long does it take to receive my eyewear?

Typically it’ll take about ten business days to receive your glasses. We’ll verify your prescription with you and/or your doctor and fulfill it at a local optical lab. Shipping is free.

How do you accept payment?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.
